Designed for Masters, Chief Engineer Officers, Chief Mates and Second Engineer Officers, the one day Proficiency in Passenger Safety, Cargo Safety & Hull Integrity for Ro-Ro Passenger Ships Course gives participants knowledge of safe loading and embarkation, safe carriage of dangerous goods, cargo securing and its equipment, stability and stress calculating, opening, closing and securing hull openings and monitoring and maintaining Ro-Ro deck atmosphere.

For ship personnel who are assigned specific crisis management roles, the Crisis Management & Human Behaviour on Passenger Ships Course provides knowledge of shipboard emergency protocol. This includes shipboard procedures, response action to onboard emergencies, and methods to establish and maintain communication during emergencies.

The Crowd Management Training on Passenger Ships Course provides personnel on the ship’s muster list to assist passengers in an emergency situation, to STCW Code Regulation V/2 para.4. It gives participants awareness of life saving appliances and onboard control plans, ability to assist passengers en route to muster and embarkation station, as well as mustering procedures.
