Team Building

Using our specially designed firefighting training facility, Fire Aid is able to offer bespoke team building courses that will be fun, educational and provide an unforgettable experience for everyone taking part.

All the activities will be undertaken in complete safety under the watchful guidance of our highly experience instructors, all of whom have long service within the fire and rescue environment.

The participants will be organized into teams and will take part in several exercises that will test their ability to work with colleagues to solve problems and face difficulties, all carried out in a controlled environment.

In full firefighting uniforms, all the participants will be adequately dressed in personal protective equipment for a comprehensive involvement in many scenarios and Fire Aid will ensure that they have a memorable day enhancing team work, problem solving, leadership skills and decision making in a fun but challenging day.

Team building can be incorporated with Fire awareness and / or Fire Marshal training to ensure staff receive a valued certificate which can be used within their everyday operation and workplace.
