The team at Fire Aid is on the search for experienced, dedicated and inspiring individuals to complement its existing longstanding team of safety trainers.
Fire Aid delivers fire and safety training to the cruise and maritime sectors, in addition to corporate and industrial clients, from its purpose-built academy in Hythe, near Southampton in Hampshire.
Former candidates who have been well suited to the role are former fire brigade operatives, who has recently left the service, however we also have trainers from other career and disciplines such as healthcare and first aid trainers.
If you nearly or entirely match the following prerequisites, then we’d like to chat with you!
* Teaching/instructor qualification – train the trainer/instructor, CET or BA instructor or equivalent certificates
* Practical instructional and assessor experience
* STCW certifications
* Live fire experience
* Confined Space experience
* First Aid qualification
* Sea Service
